2. What Personal Information We Collect

We only usually collect health information relating to the physical activity readiness questionnaire which is related to your ability to exercise. We will not collect more of this type of information unless there is a clear reason for doing so. For example, we may collect further health information/ specific access requirements in line with our legitimate interest to provide a safe environment for users of our services. When processing this data, we will always ask for your consent first. Any special category data which you have provided will only be used for the purposes of providing the services we have agreed with you or to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations.
