Personal Training

We offer men and women - of all abilities – personal training. This can either be one – to – one or in a group private sessions.

Our personal training sessions are designed to provide you with individual attention at a time and place that you choose so that you can fit training into your schedule.

Focussed attention on your goals will enable you to realize them quicker so that you can get to where you want to be whether it be weight loss or running a 5km faster.

Our personal training sessions are taken by qualified RUNNINGFIT coaches.
